Our Commitment

We design and build all digital products to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is the standard required for UK public sector digital services under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are actively working toward full conformance. Where specific components do not yet meet the standard, we log these as known issues and address them within our sprint cycle.

ClearPoint IT processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data submitted via our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Cyber Essentials

ClearPoint IT is currently working toward achieving Cyber Essentials certification. Our infrastructure and development practices already align with the five Cyber Essentials technical controls: boundary firewalls, secure configuration, access control, malware protection, and patch management.
