Accessibility Statement.
ClearPoint IT is committed to making its websites and digital services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to all websites, web applications, and digital products developed, hosted, or maintained by ClearPoint IT Ltd.
Our Commitment
We design and build all digital products to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is the standard required for UK public sector digital services under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Our approach includes:
- Semantic, standards-compliant HTML structure on every page
- Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
- Descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
- ARIA labels and roles where native semantics are insufficient
- Focus indicators visible for all interactive elements
- Forms with correctly associated labels and clear error messages
- Responsive design supporting reflow up to 400% zoom
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
Compliance Status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are actively working toward full conformance. Where specific components do not yet meet the standard, we log these as known issues and address them within our sprint cycle.
